OSRS Cerberus Arclight
When fighting Cerberus, high level Slayer boss, one thing you would need to do is to equip yourself with Arclight. Arclight is one of the most recommended items for you have. The reason behind this is because the only way for you to be able to kill Cerebus is for you to inflict as much damage as you could. After all, this slayer boss is already at level 91.
Moreover, you will also have to keep in mind that you would also need Arclight which you will have to use as a demonbane weapon at Level 75. This weapon also could be upgraded into a variant of darklight. It could improve passive effect and provides impressive attack bonus and speed.
How Worthy Is the Arclight to Kill Cerberus?
The arclight is categorized as an equipment which is not as effective as the others, it in fact, the arclight provides a 7 percent increase in accuracy and damage. It is a blade and it provides better damage output compared to blade of sailor and Scyth of Vitur.
Moreover, Arclight could maintain Darklight’s special attack (the weaken). It could also use 50 percent of special attack energy and it could lower the enemy’s attack, defense and strength by 10 percent on demons and 5 percent on enemies.

How to Use Arclight?
Created by using Darklight on the altar, this weapon has about 1000 charges and additional 1000 charges for every 3 shards. It has the ability to have about 10,000 charges. For every successful attack, the arclight will consume about one charge.
As for rarity of ancient shards, we discourage you from using it from recharging your Arclight when charges is above 9000.
If you loose the arclight, you could replace it by paying Sir Prysin for about 1000 for Darklight.
How to Kill Cerberus Easily?
You would need a slayer level 91 for you to be able to kill Cerberus. You will be able to use Wild pie as well for you to increase your slayer level but keep in mind that you could only increase your level if you have a minimum 86 slayer level. The first step to be able to kill Cerberus if for you to find Cerberus’ Lair in Taverley Dungeon at the hellhounds’ area. Also, keep in mind that you will have to crawl into a small opening to enter its lair.
How to get to Taverley Dungeon the Fastest Way?
- Teleport to Falador
- Use the wall shortcut near the West Bank
- Short run from the Dungeon Entrance
- Move one’s player-owned house to Taverley
- Exit through house portal
- Run south
Ways to explore the dungeon
- Go around the long way to reach hellhounds area. This would require dusty key
- Crawl via pipe shortcut
- Run through mysterious flooring
- You would need 65/75 agility to use shortcuts
- Drink antipoison
- Use key master teleport which would help you teleport into the lair.
Strategy to Kill Cerberus
- Activate Protect from Magic which could be unlocked at level 37
- Place diagonal Magic spell bth graphic above players’ head
- Keep in mind that Cerberus is weak against melee attacks (crush) and explosive marker and soul combo attacks
Cerberus’s Drops
Cerberus comes with drops eternal, primoril and pegasian crystals which you could attach to Ranger boots, Dragon boots and Infinity boots. Also, Cerberus could also drop Smouldering stone which could be used with harpoon, pixkaxe and dragon axe.
