All Shiny Locked Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet

Shiny Pokemon is considered as a rare one in the world of Pokemon. In fact, you would only see them after Generation III. You would see them in different colors which makes them nice to have. If you are wondering how you would be able to find Shiny Pokemon, there are two ways. One is through randomly finding them in the wild and the other way is by breeding two to make one.
The first way, though there is a chance, it could be very challenging and difficult. In fact, the chances are 1 in 8,192. The second one, on the other hand is more reliable way. Unfortunately, it takes patience as it could take time to do. In addition to that, you would have to exert effort and work on it. Though this is the case, it is better to breed one instead of trying your chance of randomly finding one.
Shiny Lock Explained
Pokemons that have shiny forms cannot be encountered in any legitimate way in-game. You could only acquire them by getting them as prizes in tournaments and events which are officially sponsored by Pokemon company.
Acquiring shiny formed Pokemon alongside Zoroark, Zorua, etc. as prizes in tournaments began and started in Generation V.
Starter Pokemon
Unfortunately, the generation of starter Pokemon is shiny locked. This means you would not be able to acquire shiny versions when you start Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Though this is the case, you could go for the soft reset strategy and try if you could get a shiny starter.
As mentioned earlier, the only legal way for you to get a shiny Pokemon is by breeding. This would mean that you would need take time and patience to breed your starters. Ensure they are with compatible egg groups. This way, the eggs would hatch faster.
Titan Pokemon
Titan Pokemon is part of the questline, Path of Legends. It was also introduced in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Keep in mind that this is a separate storyline wherein you help Arven find ingredients such as the Herb Mystica. In fact, if you fight them, you would be able to gain access to the materials and face them in battle.
Do not be too confident as they are not basic Pokemons. This means, they would definitely give you a hard and challenging time in defeating them. There are six titan Pokemon which are not shiny even after defeating them but rather, you would need to unlock different ability for Koraidon and Miraidon companion.
Legendaries
Legendaries have huge part in Pokemon games. They provide crucial pieces to the stories. They are either captured, rescued or exploited by antagonist. In Pokemon Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire, there are Rayquaza, Groudon and Kyogre. While in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum there were Dialga, Palkia and Giratina.
With this generation on the other hand, there are Koraidon and Miraidon on Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. These two Pokemons are considered as Paradox Pokemon. Koraidon is from a Japanese word which means ancient and dinosaur. Miraidon on the other hand means future and dinosaur.
NPC Traded Pokemon & Misc.
Traded Pokemon could be acquired even though you do not catch or trade them with another person. They could be obtained by having the desired Pokemon in your party and swapping with NPC in the game world.
After you are able to complete the Wooper trade, it would hold a rare candy which you would need for a free level up of your Pokemon. Unfortunately they are all shiny locked Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet. This means, you could never be able to get a shiny Gengar from this trade.
