Where to Sell Magical Beasts
There is only one place in the game where you could sell beasts and that is at the Brood and Peck in Hogsmeade. It is the shop on the northern side found on the village map. In this shop, you would be able to sell magical beasts. The good news about this shop is that it would be available for you at the early part of the game.
In the mentioned shop, you would also find different types of products and supplies such as the Fwooper Feather and Graporn Horn. Keep in mind, however, that they could cost you a lot compared to what you would earn in selling one of your beasts.
Why Sell Magical Beasts?
In this game, it is not necessary to sell magical beasts. However, it gives you advantage to do so especially when you are stuck in a very tight situation or spot. It could also help you when you need galleons which is the money in Hogwarts Legacy. In fact, selling magical beasts is one of the easiest ways to make quick money but of course, there are conditions in selling your beasts.
For example, one of the disadvantages of selling beasts, no matter how rare they are or whatever tier they belong to, they would be sold for the same price as any type of breast. The price that Brood and Peck would buy your beast would be 120 galleons which might not be much. Though this is the case, it would definitely come in handy during the game especially when there are so many beasts.
How to Capture Beasts to Sell?
Before you could sell or trade your beasts, the first thing you must do is to capture them. This could be done by casting and using the Nab-Sack spell. This spell could be learnt in the early part of the game during The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and The Loom quest. In the mentioned quest, you will be taught how to cast, use the spell and pair it with several attack spells including the Glacius.
Aside from being able to sell beasts, you could also tame them which you could use in the game for different reasons. You could also breed these magical beasts in the Vivariums.
Where to Find Magical Beasts
Once you have learned and know how to capture and tame your magical beasts, the next step is for you to look, search and find them. This way, you would be able to sell them. The good news is that it is easy to catch them. In fact, you would be able to find different kinds and breeds of magical beasts throughout the game’s map. Though they do not appear on the map, you could wander around and definitely you would not have a difficult time finding them.
The beasts just wander specific areas such as the Hogwarts Valley and the South Sea Bog. You could even find them in the Forbidden Forest.
