Vitamix Frozen Dessert Preset

This preset allows you to blend frozen fruits or desserts. This is not an automatic type of preset as you will have to push your ingredients toward the blades. After 15 seconds the speed will increase to the highest level and the blending would stop in 55 seconds.
Puree Preset Settings

This setting allows you to make dips, purees and sauces. It could mash soft food and crush hard nuts and seeds. This setting could blend your food into puree in just 60 seconds.
Soup Program Setting
The soup program setting symbol is:
This setting runs around 22000 RPM which means it works on a high speed. In fact, it is very fast that it could even heat ingredients with its friction. With this preset, you will be able to run this Vitamix blender for 5 to 6 minutes and at a very high speed. Through its high speed, you will be able to pulverize and heat up the ingredients you would need to convert it into a soup.
Self Clean Preset Setting
What is amazing with Vitamix is that cleaning it is very easy. In fact, all you have to do is fill it with water up to half and then put some drops of dishwashing liquid and select the clean mode and start the process. This will start at a low speed and then will shift to high speed after 15 seconds. After 45 seconds, the blender will lower its speed and lower again after another 15 seconds.
