What to do if your phone died and it won’t power on or charge

Ensure the problem is not your power outlet

Although this might seem weird but this is often the cause why your phone won’t charge. Hence, it is important that you do not dismiss this. Ensure that our power outlet is working this way your phone could charge. You could check this by trying other power outlets or you could try your car charger or your computer charger.

Take the battery out
