There are times when you are out and suddenly your phone runs out of battery. You try to power it on again but does not turn on and you try to charge it but unfortunately it won’t turn on too. We understand how frustrating this could be but this sometimes happens when your phone’s battery gets drained to zero which is why it is important to avoid getting your phone into this stage. Hence, you have to ensure to never wait until the battery life of your phone gets drain before charging. Here are some tips in case you are experiencing some technical problems where your phone won’t turn on or won’t charge.
Although this might seem weird but this is often the cause why your phone won’t charge. Hence, it is important that you do not dismiss this. Ensure that our power outlet is working this way your phone could charge. You could check this by trying other power outlets or you could try your car charger or your computer charger.
Another way or method you could solve this issue is by pulling the battery out for a few minutes and then after a while, you could put it back on the phone. Then, try to connect your phone or device to its original charger. Take in mind that it is very important that you use the original charger that was provided and included with the phone when you bought it. If it is no longer available, then, ensure that you get one that is approved by your phone’s manufacturer. We highly discourage the use of a charger of a different phone brand even those that are similar or exactly looks the same as yours.
If you have a phone that is built into the phone and it is not possible to remove, then we highly recommend for you to hold your phone’s volume down and the power button simultaneously. This is often performed for devices such as Motorola Atrix HD and Sony Experia.
If your phone’s battery is drained out, it could take a while for your phone to respond. Try to charge your phone a few hours on a working power outlet. To help you confirm if your outlet is working, try another working device to charge on the same outlet you would be charging your drained battery phone. Also, if your phone uses lithium ion batteries, it is recommended that you charge your phone all night.
If you have tried the methods mentioned above and your phone is still unresponsive, try to replace your battery. There are quite a few great deals online. However, if you think that your battery seems to be in great condition and your phone is still quite new, then, you might want to check your device’s manufacturer warranty and contact the place where you have bought your phone.
Another thing that you might want to check is your charger. Is your charger working properly? Are you using a compatible charger? Maybe you would need to replace your charger with a new one.
If all the methods mentioned above fails, then, maybe it is time to let go of your phone and replace it with a new one. Also, ensure to check the warranty of your phone. You might still be covered by it!
