How to reset a White- Rodgers Thermostat

Method 1

Press long simultaneously the up/down and time button
Press the mentioned buttons until the display goes blank and goes back on.
Program your White Rodgers Thermostat according to your preference.

Method 2

Press long simultaneously the up or down arrow and the switch off to heat button.
Do this until the screen goes blank and goes back on and you are good to go.

Select thermostat
Select Factory Reset
Your will be redirected to the main menu
Reset schedule by going to the menu
Select schedule. Ensure that it is turned on
Set your configuration settings to override your previous settings
Click save

WiFi Reset

iOS device

Go to menu
Select connect
If you see 11 or 22, go to Sensi app
Set up a new device
Tap next and follow instructions
If you see 00, go to Sensi app
Select +
Select Yes, it is on the wall

Android device

Go to Sensi app
Select +
Select yes it is on the wall
Enter the security code or PIN. You could find this on the black card that comes with the packaging or on the thermostat faceplate
