Ragnarok is a popular gaming which gamers enjoy and love. Its storyline its very interesting which adds to the character of the game. However, one very important thing that most people do not know is that God of War Ragnarok has a secret ending.

For you to be able to access the secret ending of God of War Ragnarok, you would need to go to Linda and after the ending plays, you would have to unlock the full credits and special ending theme.

In this article, we shall discuss the secret ending of God of War Ragnarok. Just a warning, there could be major spoilers included in this article.

Unlocking God of War Ragnarok Secret Ending

The first step to get to the secret ending of God of War Ragnarok is to unlock it and to be able to unlock it, you would have to complete the mission, “The Realms at War”. This mission is the last mission that must be accomplished in the game. Once you are done with the mission, you would have to go into the store and talk to Lunda who would ask you a favor called ” A Viking Funeral”. You would need to complete the funeral and go to Nidavellir.

Once you are in Nidavellir, you would need to go to Raeb’s Tavern. In the tavern, you would need to speak with Lunda, Raeb and Durlin. Through them, you would get information about Brok’s funeral and they will be paying their respects to him. You would have to go pay respects as well.

You would need to go to a place where you fled the mines and rescued Tyr. Once you are at the Mystic Gateway, you would need to find the special contraption which allows you to travel across the sealine. Once you are able to get across the coast, you are now close to the secret ending.

God of War Ragnarok Secret Ending Explained

The secret ending is from the A Viking Funeral favor which is Brok’s funeral. Once you have crossed the shoreline, you would be able to arrive and hold Brok’s funeral.

All of Brok’s dwarf friends are in the funeral. This includes Kratos and in the beginning, an important character – Sindri was missing. Though this is the case, as you progress through the cutscene, Sindri will make an appearance. Sindri, unfortunately, has a remorseful mood due to his brother passing away. Sindri was angry at Kratos.

As Kratos and Sindri say their goodbyes to Brok and send his body off to the sea, Freya launches a fire arrow which would land on his body to set it on fire.

Sindri leaves and this is when you would see the full credits. You would also hear God of War Ragnarok ending Blood on the Snow.

God Of War Ragnarok: Other Game Endings

Aside from the secret ending, there are other game quests which you could watch unfold.

Visiting Sindri’s House – pay a visit to Sindri after you have completed the second ending. You would be able to talk to Ratatoskr who would give you a bag full of Yggdrasil seeds, The seed will help you travel faster to every realm in the game. It will also activate the Mystical Gateways.
Visiting The Alfheim Canyons Workshop – Lunda will tell you to go to Alfheim Canyons workshop where you would find Thrud and witness her journey. You would need to witness her journey and get a special hammer.
Taking Care of Chaurli -You would need to go to Frey’s camp and talk to Birgir and ask him to look after Chauril.
Finding Atreus’ Momento – Go back to the old residence of Midgard. You would find there the momento of Atreus.
Releasing Tyr- you would need to go back to Niflheim and find a new pathway which will get you to an Aesir prison. Once you are able to release the real Tyr, you would be able to find him learning Tai Chi at Freyr’s camp.
Alking to Agrboda – Head to Jotunheim and talk to Agrboda. After talking to Agrboda, you would be able to pet Fenrir.
Talking to Sif and Hildisvini – You would need to go to Freyr’s camp and look for Sif and Hildisvini.
