What runes you should be using would depend on the build that you are working on the building. For beginners, we recommend that you prioritize runs that will help you survive.
Clockwise Metamorphosis runes. You will find three of this type of runes. By using this type of rune, you will be able to add 5 percent of extra health. This rune could be found in the forbidden woods or nightmare frontier or in the Pthumeru lhyll Root Chalice Dungeons.
The anti-clockwise metamorphosis on the other hand has the same effect of clockwise rune but instead of health being increased, your stamina would increase.
